On April 10, 2009, from 7:00 pm to midnight, Fayetteville neurotic/erotic artists, poets, and thespians will be hosting an EROTIC ART SHOW at 509 W Spring St. #225, down from the Nadine Baum Studios in between The Wine Cellar and The Flying Burrito. Besides eye titillating framed art, guests will have their ears aroused by Walter Savage and Ben Harris playing sexy jazz and NWA slam poets waxing sexual assault poetry. Local actors and actresses will be performing lascivious, but tasteful one act performances. Local artists, musicians, poets, and thespians not yet invited who want to contribute call 444-7853 or 521-4383 or 644-4710. A do for adults only.

Don't know about the price. Someone just sent this to the freethinker address so I posted it.
My ex, Donna, sort of started the local erotic art show thing at Whimsical's on Dickson Street, about 1990.

Yes, I know. We [Darrel and I] probably first met there, but we didn't know each other so we don't remember it. Any pictures from those early erotic art shows? I might be in one.

Yes I do have some. But Doug, if I am at an erotic art show and deciding where to point my camera and which naughty bits I want to capture... actually, I think I took some crowd shots. I'll take a look.
There were a lot of people that came through. Hundreds. Lined up down the street. But that was before the internet.

Good point. You may not have had the wide-angle lens. Never mind...
