And then there are those who claim that we naturalists just don't want to recognize God as our moral authority when we reject all religious morality, because most of it opposes what is good for us. And then there is that stupid claim that there are no atheists in fox holes, because they really know there exists God, but it takes terror for them to recognize His authority .No, we have no belief in Sky Pappy or the Ground of Being,because no evidence exists for Him!
Those claims rest on no evidence,but apologists just refuse to acknowledge that we just have reasons not to believe in Him. Do believers really not believe in Him, but it takes the terror of fox holes for them to give Him up in reality!
